Fully furnished bedroom in a three-bedroom apt. The room features a large window, brand new full sized bed, desk, chair, nightstand, smart TV and smart locks and deep but narrow closet. Laundry is located in the basement of the building. The apartment is in a great location; across the street from parade grounds, across from Prospect Park (lakeside), one block walk from the express B, Q church ave stop which is less than 20min from the city; and near all shops, restaurants, and bars. 

You'd be sharing the apartment with me, 36 year old woman and another young woman. We are both fully vaccinated (booster included) and seeking a chill, CLEAN, roommate who values a peaceful home and respects boundaries.
