Full basement, including bedroom and 3 piece bathroom for rent in my home. We would share the kitchen and laundry and use a common entryway. My home is located in a beautiful, nature inspired neighborhood with trails and ponds to explore, yet is 10 minutes to downtown in one direction, 10 minutes to UBC in the other direction and 20 minutes to the hospital. I live with my 60 lb 4 year old Goldendoodle who has lots of energy, so would prefer no pets, but I'm open to discussion.
