'Below Deck' is a nicely furnished one bedroom flat in a heritage building on Tower Road in the South End within walking distance of Dalhousie,  SMU, the QE II Hospital Centre., downtown and Point Pleasant Park.

We are seeking a quiet, non-smoking medical student who would like a 9 month lease and be able to walk in to a flat and not have to purchase a thing (except linens).

Parking does not come with the building. Street parking only. Heat, water, hot water included. References required.
