Furnished Private furnished rooms in a shared home

I have a lovely home in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Hillcrest - Riley Park, near Main Street and King Edward Ave in Vancouver.

I have a private, spacious room available furnished with a queen-sized bed (all linens included), a dresser and a desk.  

I am female, self-employed and often work from home. I am open to male or female medical students. You will share my home with me and my friendly dog Mowgli.

You will have full use of the kitchen (including dishes, cutlery, pots and pans), all utilities, laundry and a lovely private garden. I love to cook and am happy to discuss any support you may need with meals or groceries.

From my home, it is a few minutes walk to the #25 , #33 and #3 bus stops, King Edward Canada Line Station and a couple of blocks to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, Nat Bailey stadium, Hillcrest Community Center and Queen Elizabeth Park.  

BC Children's Hospital, BC Women's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer Agency are less than 3 km away, with St. Paul's Hospital 4.2 km away. 

I have enjoyed hosting international students for many years and am now choosing to support the medical community in having a home away from home in Vancouver. 

I've lived in this neighbourhood for 26 years and can provide you with lots of information to make your stay here pleasant.
