We have a charming bungalow for rent in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two bedrooms, a sun room, and a bonus room in the basement. There is a new fridge and stove, the whole house has been freshly painted in neutral tones, and there is a washer, gas dryer, and upright freezer in the basement. The furnace and A/C are new and keep the unit comfy in all seasons and there is an attached garage and street parking. We are looking for responsible tenants, not suited for multiple persons renting together, would suit a single person or couple for long term accommodations. Utilities are included (Gas, Hydro, Water, basic cable and internet) Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal.
