Furnished, one bedroom room with private living area for rent on a short term basis in owner occupied home. Includes queen size bed, sofa, TV, WiFi . Access to full kitchen and bathroom shared with other female occupant. Washer/drier available. Utilities, WiFi included in rent.  Private entry on lower level of home which is located in quiet residential neighbourhood three blocks from Penticton General Hospital. Home is on a bus route. Looking for non-smoking/vaping, single, quiet person who will be respectful of owners and other occupant. Monthly/weekly rental preferred but will consider shorter stay.  Street parking available. Peference to single, female medical and professional students, travel nurses.
