This sparkling clean, lower level, 1-bedroom and den/office suite has high ceilings and good natural light. Located near Royal Columbia Hospital, SkyTrain, transit and a park, this quality suite has all the comforts. The space has a mid-century modern vibe. It is secure, with private entry. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas are fresh and inviting. The bedroom is well-appointed with comfy queen bed, night tables and flat screen TV. A 5-Star Superhost, sound insulated quiet oasis.  We have hosted both doctors and nurses in the past; receiving great reviews from both!

**IMPORTANT** Starting 01May24, the BC government will require a min of 90 nights for most stays in British Columbia. Therefore, we will need to change our previous minimum stay of 30 nights to 91 nights, for all stays that go beyond May 1, 2024. At least, until more information is available from the BC government. The LIVING ROOM, with its open concept, features a leather sofa and lots of designer touches, along with a 55" flat screen TV. You will dine at the unique, glass-topped dining table seated in mid-century modern styled chairs. 

The KITCHEN with its one-of-a-kind glass backsplash has all the amenities to cook up that special meal ... dishwasher, full-sized range, tall Euro-style refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee maker and over-the-range microwave with fan. Cookware includes: pots and pans, chef's knives, blender, mini food processor, kettle and toaster.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM highlights include a Sealy posturepaedic, queen-sized bed with 100% cotton sheets and comfy duvet. Plenty of storage is available in the stylish dresser drawers and the mirrored closet. Unique artwork, bedside tables with lamps complete this restful oasis. USB and AC charging for your devices at your fingertips. There is extra 'sound insulation' throughout the suite, too.

The DEN/OFFICE (separate room with door) has ample natural light and a desk with cushioned chair, making it perfect for working at home; good internet as well. Lamps along with a lounge chair for moments of relaxation. A yoga mat is found in the closet along with an iron and ironing board. Wireless internet (fibre) is included. Laptop stand and monitor available. Paper shredder.

The BATHROOM has a large shower with a built-in glass mural of a local scene, along with a supply of towels and close-up vanity mirror.

LAUNDRY - Free shared laundry is located off of the common hallway and suite entry. It features a new LG washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied.

There is an OUTDOOR PATIO with table and chairs for your enjoyment, near the shared backdoor entry. Wifi is included, as well as Netflix.

There is sound insulation between the floors making a quiet oasis for your stay. The patio area is for your use. It is located adjacent to the shared back door access and you may see homeowners from time to time. Shared laundry is adjacent to the suite and you are welcome to use.

IMPORTANT- A signed rental agreement will be required when booking long-term stays (min. 91 days), as this is a government regulation. It will be provided upon check-in, unless you request it prior to arrival.  Note: registered guests only. No pets.
