I am a first year medical student at UofA. I'm looking for a 1-bedroom in Garneau. Ideally with balcony, nearby street parking (for a large van), and lots of light. I'm flexible on price. I am looking for Jan-May 2026 minimum, but I am hoping to find a place I can stay until May 2029.
